Data Deletion
We respect your right to delete the personal data we hold about you.
How to request deletion
Email us at [email protected] with the subject “Data deletion”, indicating the phone number you used on WhatsApp or your Instagram username. You can also simply reply in the same chat asking us to delete your data.
What we delete
Your contact identifier (phone number or Instagram user ID), your message history and any temporary conversation state, and — if you have an account — your profile, favorites and alerts.
Timeline
We process deletion requests within 30 days.
Note
Publicly available information about venues is not personal data about you and may be retained as part of our event listings.
