Who we are
Pulsin is an event-discovery service for Bogotá. We operate a conversational assistant on WhatsApp and Instagram and a website that help people find cultural events. Pulsin is a trade name operated by Robin Doublet, registered under SIRET 81904652500039 (France), who is the data controller for the purposes of this policy.
Information we collect
When you message us on WhatsApp or Instagram: your contact identifier (phone number or Instagram user ID) and the content of the messages you send us.
When you use the website: technical usage information (pages viewed, clicks) for analytics. If you create an account, your email address and your preferences (favorites, alerts).
Public venue information: we aggregate publicly available information about bars, restaurants and venues (from Google Places and their public Instagram Business accounts) to build our event listings. This information is about the establishments, not about you.
How we use your information

To send you alerts or notifications only when you explicitly opt in.
To operate, maintain and improve the service.
We do not sell your personal data.
