Peruvian Festival at Los Galenos

From July 21 to August 1, we will have the honor of hosting chef Miguel Castillo, who together with our chef Andrés Robayo, have prepared a gastronomic experience inspired by the most representative flavors of Peruvian cuisine. Ceviches, lomo saltado, and a selection of dishes that will take you to Peru without leaving Bogotá.
