Pulsin is an event-discovery service for Bogotá, operated as a conversational assistant on WhatsApp and Instagram and through this website. Pulsin is a trade name operated by Robin Doublet, registered under SIRET 81904652500039 (France) ("Pulsin", "we", "us").

By using the assistant or the website you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Pulsin helps people discover cultural events. The assistant answers your messages and recommends events; the website lists events and venues aggregated from public sources.

The service is provided free of charge to attendees. We may add, change or remove features at any time.

You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent in your country, to use the service. By using it you confirm that you meet this requirement.

You agree not to misuse the service, including: sending unlawful, abusive, misleading or spam content; attempting to disrupt, overload or reverse-engineer the service; or using it to infringe the rights of others.

We may rate-limit, suspend or block access that breaches these terms or that threatens the integrity of the service.

If you register as an organizer to publish events, you are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit and you confirm you have the right to publish it.

You must not publish events that are illegal, fraudulent or misleading. We may remove any content and revoke publishing access at our discretion.

Public venue information shown on Pulsin is aggregated from publicly available sources (such as Google Places and public Instagram Business accounts) and concerns the establishments, not individual users.

The Pulsin name, the website, and the assistant are protected by intellectual-property rights. Event and venue data may belong to third parties or to the organizers. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for its intended purpose.

The service relies on third parties — Meta Platforms (WhatsApp and Instagram), Google (Maps and Places), Supabase (hosting) and AI providers. Your use of those channels is also subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party services.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that event information is complete, accurate or up to date, nor that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Always confirm event details with the organizer or venue before relying on them.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pulsin shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages, nor for any loss arising from your reliance on event information or from the unavailability of the service.

Our handling of your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. You can request deletion of your data at any time via our Data Deletion page.

We may update these terms; the update date appears at the top of this page. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by French law, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rules that may apply where you reside.
